Well Chocolate Week 2010 is here! How is everyone celebrating this? In the past, to me this has seem very London based. I guess there are a large number of chocolatiers in London so it does make sense to do this. It is good to hear a bit more on the website and in the media about events outside of London.

In the past, I have made a point of hosting a number of events during Chocolate Week – demonstrations, tastings and talks. This year, due to other pressures, I decided to Keep It Simple… and its worked really well! We decided just to launch one new product in the café – this is what we’ve pushed and it seems to have done the trick.

For me Chocolate Week is always that final gasp before we really step into the Christmas Spirit and step up the production and marketing for Christmas.
